Yin Yoga
We offer two different styles of Yin. Gentle yin allows you to hold the yin poses for 2-5 minutes. Going Deeper Yin allows you to hold poses longer 3-8 minutes. The Yin practice is known as the dessert of yoga. Let go of tension and find your center with our Yin Yoga classes, which offer a gentle, meditative practice that nourishes both body and soul.

Every Sunday join us for mantra, movement, music, and meditation. Windows are open as we bathe in the trade winds and practice. We set a spiritual intention to take with us into the week ahead.
